The winner of the 2010 Veuve Clicquot Business Woman Award will be announced at an event on March 25, 2010.
A truly international award celebrated in 17 countries, 2010 will be the third consecutive year of the Veuve Clicquot Business Woman Award in New Zealand. Past winners include Annah Stretton, CEO of Stretton Group and Julie Christie, CEO of Eyeworks Touchdown New Zealand. These two New Zealand women are now 'friends of the widow', a select international group celebrating outstanding achievements in business.
A panel of esteemed judges including Catherine Savage, Rosanne Meo OBE, Sally Synnott, Sarah Kennedy and Richard Yeomans determine who will be the winner of this distinguished award for women in business, based on the Award criteria.
The New Zealand winner of the Veuve Clicquot Business Woman Award will be announced on March 25, 2010. The winner will be presented with the Veuve Clicquot Business Woman Award silver trophy, and a business class ticket to France to attend the 2010 International Business Women's Forum. This takes place at Veuve Clicquot in Reims, visiting Manoir de Verzy and the vineyards that were bought in Madame Clicquot's lifetime. A vine will be dedicated to her and each year, on Madame Clicquot's birthday, the winner will receive a gift of Veuve Clicquot La Grande Dame champagne to celebrate in style. The nominator of the winner is not forgotten and will receive six magnums of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Brut.
